Mr. Ishmael Kgabo Semenya
Executive Director

Pr.Sci.Nat (SACNASP); Reg.EAP (EAPASA).

Mr. Ishmael Semenya is a qualified environmentalist and registered Professional Scientist with extensive experience managing complex environmental projects in South Africa and the Middle East. As co-founder of Biotech World (Pty) Ltd, he developed biotechnological solutions for bioremediation and environmental restoration. Since establishing EnviroXcellence Services in 1998, he has served as full-time Director, leading large-scale compliance and remediation initiatives. A respected voice in national environmental and economic forums, Mr. Semenya regularly contributes his expertise at the ANC’s Limpopo Economic Transformation Summits, where he provides insights on sustainable development and inclusive business growth.

Sylvie Makia Machaba
Professional Natural Scientist

Pr.Sci.Nat (SACNASP); Reg.EAP (EAPASA).

Sylvie Machaba, Pr.Sci.Nat (SACNASP) / Reg.EAP (EAPASA), is an accomplished environmental scientist with a Master’s in Environmental Management and a BSc in Chemistry. With deep expertise in environmental assessment, compliance, and auditing, she has completed extensive ISO 14001 and risk management training. Sylvie has led numerous projects across sectors, applying both technical precision and practical insight. A former Vice-Chairperson of IAIAsa Limpopo, she remains a strong advocate for sustainable governance and capacity development within the environmental sector, driving excellence and accountability in every project she leads.

Mologadi Mohlahlo
Junior Environmental Assessment Practitioner & Environmental Control Officer

Candi.Sci.Nat (SACNASP); Reg.EAP Candi (EAPASA).

Mologadi is an emerging environmental professional with experience in Environmental Impact Assessments, compliance monitoring, and stakeholder engagement under South Africa’s environmental legislation. She holds a National Diploma in Environmental Sciences from TUT and is registered as a Candidate Scientist (SACNASP) and Candidate Environmental Assessment Practitioner (EAPASA). Passionate about sustainability and community-driven development, Mologadi combines technical understanding with strong communication skills to help bridge regulatory standards and practical environmental solutions across diverse projects.

Isaac Matsaung
Qualified Geoscientist

Isaac is a qualified Geoscientist with a BSc Honours in Geology from the University of the Witwatersrand. He has over two years of experience in hydrogeology and environmental remediation, specialising in bioremediation, groundwater studies, and soil assessment. His work includes borehole siting, drilling supervision, groundwater sampling, and geospatial mapping using ArcMap and QGIS. A registered Candidate Natural Scientist (SACNASP), Isaac applies his technical expertise to promote sustainable water resource management and support environmentally responsible development projects across Southern Africa.

Langelihle Buthelezi
Marketing Representative

A dynamic professional with expertise in Environmental Science, SHEQ compliance, and Marketing, Langelihle has over five years’ experience in sustainability-focused industries, working with clients such as Glencore, Eskom, and Transnet. Holding a BSc Honours in Geography and certifications in ISO 14001, 45001, and 19011 Lead Auditing, Langelihle brings both technical and communication expertise to her role as Marketing Representative at EnviroXcellence. She develops effective strategies that translate technical excellence into impactful brand narratives, strengthening relationships and driving sustainable business growth.

Joyce Ramalepe
Waste Management and Logistics Manager

Joyce Ramalepe is the Waste Management and Logistics Manager at EnviroXcellence Services. With over 12 years of experience, she oversees waste collection, treatment, and disposal operations that align with environmental and regulatory standards. Joyce holds a Higher Certificate in Business Management and has a proven track record in designing efficient, compliant waste management systems. Her expertise spans hazardous waste handling, logistics optimization, and sustainability-focused process design, ensuring EnviroXcellence delivers reliable, cost-effective, and environmentally responsible waste management services.

Mahlogonolo Malebana
Financial Accountant

Mahlogonolo Malebana is the Financial Accountant at EnviroXcellence Services, overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance with national accounting standards. Skilled in audit coordination and Pastel accounting software, he ensures the accuracy and transparency of all financial operations. With a strong analytical focus and commitment to excellence, Mahlogonolo provides financial insights that support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency, contributing to the company’s ongoing growth and sustainability.
